Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Radar 2M ("Radar", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you visit our marketing site, request information, or use the Radar platform. Radar is operated by 2Mundos.

Data controller

2Mundos is the data controller for personal data processed through Radar 2M. For privacy requests, contact us using the details in the Contact section below.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with Radar, we may collect:

  • Account and profile information (such as name, email address, organization, and role) when you are invited to or use the authenticated Radar application.
  • Usage and technical data (such as log events, device/browser metadata, and in-app actions) needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
  • Lead and contact information you submit on our marketing site (such as name, email, areas of interest, and optional message text).
  • Cookie and similar technology data on our public marketing site, including first-party analytics when enabled.

Google account data (optional integrations)

If an authorized user connects Google services to Radar, we access Google user data only after explicit consent and only within the scopes approved during OAuth authorization. Depending on the integration enabled by your organization, this may include:

  • Google Drive: file and folder metadata (such as names, IDs, MIME types, and modification times) for items you select as document sources.
  • Google Drive: file contents for read-only access to selected files and compatible descendants, and when you choose to import a file into Radar documents.
  • Google Analytics 4: aggregated, property-level reporting metrics (such as sessions and related summaries) for a GA4 property you connect to a marketing scenario. We do not collect user-level, session-level, or Client-ID-level GA data.
  • Basic Google account identity information (such as the connected account email address) to display connection status and enforce organization boundaries.

Radar requests read-only Google scopes only (Google Drive read-only and Google Analytics read-only). We do not modify, delete, or share content in your Google account through these integrations.

How we use information

We use personal data to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Radar platform and related support.
  • Enable optional Google integrations you or your organization authorize (Drive document sources and GA4 reporting).
  • Protect accounts, detect abuse, and maintain service security.
  • Respond to requests, invitations, password recovery, and lead inquiries.
  • Comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements.

Google API Services — Limited Use disclosure

Radar's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:

  • We use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features that you or your organization explicitly enable.
  • We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
  • We do not sell Google user data. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as described in this policy (for example, infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards, when required by law, or with your consent).
  • Human access to Google user data is limited to security, support, or legal needs, or when you give explicit permission.

For more information, see Google's API Services User Data Policy at https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy.

Sharing and disclosure

We may share personal data with:

  • Service providers that help us host, secure, email, or operate Radar, under confidentiality and data-processing obligations.
  • Authorities or parties when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Other recipients when you or your organization instruct us to do so or give consent.

We do not sell personal data.

Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Google OAuth refresh tokens remain stored while a connection is active and are deleted or invalidated when the connection is disconnected or replaced. Aggregated GA4 metrics and imported document snapshots follow the retention rules of the Radar features that store them.

Security

We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including encryption of integration credentials at rest and access controls within the platform. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use strong credentials and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Request access to personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of personal data, subject to legal and contractual limits.
  • Request a copy of certain data in a portable format where applicable.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Revoking Google access

You can disconnect Google integrations inside Radar (for example, from Documents or scenario setup). You can also revoke Radar's access at any time through your Google Account permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. After revocation, Radar stops accessing new Google data, though previously stored snapshots or aggregated metrics may remain until deleted according to our retention practices.

International transfers

Radar may process data using infrastructure located outside your country. When we transfer personal data internationally, we apply appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate.
